I'm Suraj Kumar, a Computer Science student passionate about backend development, full-stack web applications and artificial intelligence.

My journey started with Java programming and gradually expanded into the MERN stack, REST APIs, databases and machine learning projects.

AI Doctor Appointment & Health Summary System

A production-style full-stack healthcare platform with role-based authentication (JWT + bcrypt), appointment scheduling, a doctor consultation workflow, and a Flask microservice that uses the Gemini API to convert clinical notes into patient-friendly health summaries. Follows Controller → Service → Repository architecture. Deployed on Vercel and Render.

Simple Recursive DNS Server

A DNS resolver in Java using UDP Datagram Sockets that checks a local domain map first, then forwards unknown queries to Google's 8.8.8.8. Connected to a Python Flask backend and an HTML/JS frontend so users can resolve domain names to IP addresses through a web interface.
